Exciting News for All MSD19 Students: Library Cards for All Students! The Mascoutah Public Library and MSD19 have partnered, with the help of the Literacy in Teaching DoDEA Grant Program, to ensure every student in MSD19 has access to a library card, regardless of residency.
Who is Eligible?
All students enrolled in MSD19, and students who live outside the library taxing area or in areas not served by another public library.
Benefits of a Library Card
Access to a wide range of books, e-books, and other educational resources; use of library facilities and equipment; and participation in library programs and events.
How to Get Your Card
When your student registers for MSD19, they will automatically receive a library card as part of their enrollment package. This library card will grant them full access to the extensive resources and services offered by the Mascoutah Public Library, including books, e-books, educational programs, and more. By integrating library card registration into the school enrollment process, we aim to ensure that every student can easily benefit from comprehensive and accessible library services right from the start of their educational journey.
No Additional Fees
Students and their families will not incur any additional fees for these library cards thanks to the support from the Literacy in Teaching DODEA Grant Programming.
