2025-2026 Online Kindergarten Registration

Please read the following information to complete the online registration process. 

Age Requirement

All children 5 years old on or before September 1 of the current year are eligible to register for kindergarten.

MSD19 Elementary Schools

The following buildings will be registering incoming kindergarten students from these areas. If you need assistance, please contact the school that your child will attend:

  • Scott Elementary will register students living on SAFB (618-746-4738).

  • Wingate Elementary will register students living in the Belleville/Shiloh subdivisions of The Villages of Wingate Manor, Green Mount Manor, The Orchards, Plum Hill Estates, and Brookhill Estates (618-746-4802).

  • Mascoutah Elementary will register students living in all the other areas within the Mascoutah School District boundaries (618-566-2152).

Online Registration

Parents or guardians will fall into one of the following three categories:

1. Parents or Guardians New to the School District

Parents or guardians who are new to the school district and are registering a student into kindergarten for the upcoming school year will have to create a TeacherEase account by accessing the New Student form.

2. Parents or Guardians of a Child Who Is Currently Enrolled in an MSD19 Pre-K Program

Parents or guardians who have a child currently enrolled in an MSD19 Pre-K Program will be contacted by their child's school and receive further information. Your registration process will be completed later in the summer at Student Registration.

3. Parents or Guardians Who Have or Have Had Other Students Enrolled in the School District

Parents or guardians who have or have had students enrolled in the school District and are registering a student into kindergarten for the upcoming school year will go to TeacherEase. Once logged in, go to the horizontal Menu option for Miscellaneous>Online Registration>Register a new student(s) in 2025-2026 to Mascoutah School District 19.

Kindergarten Screening

After completing the online enrollment process, the school will contact you to schedule a screening. You will then receive further information from the school and District in regards to the screening process which will begin on Monday, May 5, 2025.

Online Registration Additional Forms

In addition you will complete the Student Information Form during the online registration process. You may print, complete this form, take a picture or scan it, and then upload it to the online Kindergarten Registration Form. Or, if you have a Gmail account, you can open it in Google Docs, make a copy, electronically complete the form, save as a PDF or print the form (take a picture or scan it), and then upload it to the online Kindergarten Registration Form (please do not request editing access; make your own copy).

Also you will complete the Home Language Survey during the online registration process. You may print, complete this form, take a picture or scan it, and then upload it to the online Kindergarten Registration Form. Or, if you have a Gmail account, you can open it in Google Docs, make a copy, electronically complete the form, save as a PDF or print the form (take a picture or scan it), and then upload it to the online Kindergarten Registration Form (please do not request editing access; make your own copy).
